Jacob Grant Property Management, A company above the rest. When looking for a property in the Southern Idaho region we found several perfect locations that fit my mother's needs. She desired to move home and away from the busy city life of Utah. I lived in a Jacob Grant property from 2021 through 2023. Jacob grant enployees make their efforts to respond promptly to maintenance requests and other call requests. When I moved out of the apartment, a crucial piece of mail arrived at my old residency in a Jacob Grant property rather than to my residency. My wife called JGPM, and the lady said that they would promptly go to the apartment, review the mail received, and take it to the nearest post office to forward the mail to my new address. A couple of days after the phone, I received this crucial piece of mail to my address. My wife and I were so relieved. I am not sure yet if I would get any of my deposit back or not, haha, but regardless of that I can say that my wife, my baby and I enjoyed our time with JGPM and will recomend them for sure. Thanks JGPM for this wonderful time.

Overall JGPM is alright as far as property management companies go. Getting a lease signed was easy and quick and they are pretty good at getting back to you when you email them. The maintenance guy Scott is one of the coolest and nicest guys I have ever met! I had a broken faucet and rocking toilet and Scott was there almost immediately to fix those issues. Plus he’s a great guy to talk to, he’s an absolute riot! Jacob Grant made an awesome move hiring this guy, make sure he stays around!
