JacobGrant team was very good with us. They renovated the house (mainly floor, carpets, walls, painting) before our move in. Completed all the maintenance on demand. Thanks the team for the great service. Special thanks to Amanda and Cate. In addition, they offer a details inspection during move in and move out. They expect to have very clean stage during move out. Might charge for deep cleaning and painting, but it is good for the new tenant. The rest deposit they return without any delay. Overall, we have a very good experience during our stay. Hopefully, others will have the similar experience as well. Best wishes.

Awesome as always. (One thing).. I think the Z portal is a bit buggy. It failed to log me in yesterday then after a password reset, it worked for a few hours then failed to accept me. Human error is always possable, as is my cellphone reception and refresh rate but I'd bet a few Las Vegas velvet chips that it's a software glitch.

Jacob Grant representatives have always been very prompt and courteous in all my dealings with them. Most recently Jorge has gone above and beyond.

Nicholle is so amazing. She is polite, kind and very helpful. Nicholle is terrific at corresponding in a timely fashion. I am very thankful Nicholle got stuck with me. She really is great to work with.
